The artisanal workshop of the Confiserie des Hautes-Vosges produces over 35 varieties of candies and sour sweets: the famous Vosges candies, but also bergamot candies from Nancy, blueberry, raspberry, and violet flavors, grilled almonds, and other specialties. After watching the candy-making process from start to finish, you can sample them. You'll truly rediscover the flavor of sour sweets from the past, prepared in copper cauldrons! Also visit the Candy Museum.

Made in Lorraine
Lorraine, a gourmet's paradise: mirabelle plums, bergamot, madeleine, truffles from the Meuse region, wines* from the Toul and Moselle regions, and delicious beers*. Nowhere do these specialties taste as good as in their native land.* Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to your health. Enjoy to the fullest, but drink responsibly.
DRAGEES BRAQUIER

The Dragées Braquier factory has been producing this Verdun specialty since 1783. Indeed, it was here that the dragée was born in 1220. Maison Braquier, established in 1871 within the Coulmier factory, continues the artisanal production of the dragée. You'll also find other very special sweets there, such as the Republican Dragée (which changes color), the Obus Braquier, chocolate-covered candies, dried fruit, and syrup-infused bonbons.

About fifteen years ago, we decided to take over the family winemaking tradition. We were aware of the quality of the Côtes de Toul terroir! This small appellation in the heart of Lorraine has all the makings of a major one!
The sunrises over the Moselle Valley, the limestone plateaus dominating the hills, and the rustic climate of Lorraine make the Côtes de Toul an exceptional place to grow vines! The long and rich history of vines in Lorraine is testament to this.
