MAISON DUTRIEZ is the only family business that makes BAR-LE-DUC redcurrant jam.


An artisanal product, unique in the world. Each redcurrant is pitted by hand using a goose feather.


The fruits are then tossed into a sugar syrup to produce the famous jam nicknamed Bar Caviar.
